While it was originally reported by Vic Tafur of The Athletic that The Las Vegas Raiders might have been skeptical about signing Derek Carr to a long-term contract, another source is claiming that the organization is now willing to do so. According to NFL.com, the Raiders could be looking to sign Carr to a short-term deal.
Jordan Schultz of The Schultz Report is reporting that Carr is asking for around $35 million annually, which would tie him with Seattle Seahawks Quarterback Russell Wilson as the highest-paid QB in the NFL.
